Group Bookings
We will occasionally accept group bookings. Please ring or email us at Lundy House Hotel to discuss your requirements. We ask for a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay and the remainder 8 weeks before arrival. Deposits are non refundable. The responsibility of the booking lies solely with the main party. We do not accept single sex group bookings.
Weddings

Our 8 serviced rooms and 3 bedroomed self-catering apartment offers a relaxed and affordable alternative with the most amazing sunsets thrown in for free.
The whole hotel just for you and your guests can accommodate 26 people.
The guests from the apartment are of course welcome to use all the hotels facilities including joining you at breakfast.
Cancellation Policy
When you have made your booking and we have received the required deposit to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable. You will still be liable to pay in full or in part for the booking, even if you are unable to take your holiday. Even where you have not paid in full at the time on cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost.
If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let your room and minimise your loss. You should take out cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.
Also, as Lundy House Hotel is an old Georgian property, we only have enough space in our car park for one car per room. Please be thoughtful about the environment when you drive to lovely Devon and bring only one car with you.
Accessibility
Lundy House is situated on a steep hill, and we do not have a lift. The bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors. The hotel is therefore not suitable for people who find climbing stairs difficult. We are pleased to offer assistance with luggage.
The car park is at the rear of the hotel.
Mortehoe is approximately 10 minutes (steep) walk away.
Woolacombe is approximately 15 minute’s walk away.
